Trustee Files Bankruptcy Schedules in TSI Holdings, LLC Case

On April 5, 2017, the Trustee filed bankruptcy schedules and a statement of financial affairs (the “Schedules”) for TSI Holdings, LLC in case number 17-30132.  The information appearing in the Schedules is based on the best information available to the Trustee at the time of filing the Schedules.  Nothing in the Schedules limits any person from submitting claims in any amount against the TSI Holdings, LLC bankruptcy estate.  Similarly, nothing in the Schedules limits the Trustee from pursuing assets that the Trustee was unaware of at the time of filing the Schedules.

  1. What does the list of names in the creditor matrix represent? Not all of those names are listed in Part 2 of Schedule E/F starting on Page 10.

  2. The names in the creditor matrix reflect persons that we have identified may be interested in the developments of the bankruptcy case, even though that person may not have a claim against the bankruptcy estate (which is what would warrant inclusion on Schedule F). For example, if an investor has a claim against WSC Holdings, LLC but not TSI Holdings, LLC, we included the investor in the TSI matrix because she or he may want to know what is going on in the TSI case.

  3. In form 206 E/F (schedule E/F) most of the claims are for investment only. Is there another schedule or form for, interest earned on these investments, during investment period and/or what is the status of the interest values?
