An extension to file a Federal Partnership tax return for SouthPark Partners, LLC has been obtained through September 15, 2017.  Please consult your tax professional(s) to determine what affect this, and other the extensions for other Siskey-related entities, may have on your tax reporting obligations.

The Trustee understands that, while no extension has been filed for WSC Holdings, LLC, Rick Siskey historically submitted tax documents showing himself as the sole owner of WSC Holdings, LLC, such that no K-1s were issued to investors in WSC Holdings, LLC.  The Trustee contemplates that WSC Holdings, LLC’s tax filings will be handled in connection with Rick Siskey’s personal tax returns.  Again, please consult your tax professional(s) to determine what affect this may have on your tax reporting obligations.
